What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?

All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.

For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.

In addition, Fafrees offers Xcotton extended warranty plans for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation (2-3 years plans only). Plans are available for 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year coverage and can be purchased within 60 days of the original order. Full details of the extended coverage are available here.

Ich bin Jäger und Jagdaufseher in einem Hochwildrevier (Hirsche, Rehe, Wildschweine). Meine Rückmeldung ist also in jagdlichem Kontext zu verstehen. Mein Hauptgrund das eBike zu kaufen war die Absicht sich leise und hochmobil im Revier bewegen zu können: Tagsüber mit Mais die Kirrungen zu bestücken (Ablenkfütterung der Wildschweine) und abends mit und auf dem eBike auf die Jagd zu gehen. Als angenehmer Nebeneffekt bleibt der Schmutz außerhalb meines Fahrzeugs. Dabei fahre ich mit dem Dacia Duster ins Revier, mit dem eBike im Wildträger. Dort angekommen wird es ausgeklappt und es wird mit Gewehr auf dem Rücken losgeradelt. Mit den dicken Reifen komme ich überall (Schotter- und Waldwege) durch und überall hoch. Manchmal muss ich bei steilen Steigungen etwas mitradeln, aber es funktioniert sehr gut. Ich kann schnell und flexibel die wichtigsten Hotspots im Revier ganz leise erreichen und beunruhige das Wild nicht. Wird etwas erlegt, kommt das eBike zusammengeklappt in den Kofferraum und das Wild in den Wildträger an der Anhängerkupplung. Bin ich mit jagen fertig ist die komplette Jagdausrüstung und das eBike innerhalb von nur 4 Minuten (habs gestoppt) sicher verstaut und ich bin wieder auf dem Weg nach Hause. Meine Zielsetzungen mit dem Kauf wurden voll erfüllt. Schnell einsatzbereit, sehr flexibel on Tour und so ökologisch wie möglich. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist top und der Schmutz bleibt außerhalb des Autos. Die zwei Akkus haben zwar den Nachteil, dass sie getrennt geladen werden müssen (also maximal 8h für eine volle Ladung). Aber ich sehe das als Vorteil. Sollte ein Akku schlapp machen, geht nur 50% der Leistung (und der Kohle für einen neuen Akku ) über den Jordan und das eBike bleibt trotz halbem Akku bis zum Ersatz fahrtüchtig. Mit dem günstigen Kauf eines zweiten Ladegerätes (wird jetzt bestellt), ist das „Problem“ vom Tisch! Für mich war es eine sehr gute Investition! ☘️ Waidmannsheil ☘️

Nach meiner Knieoperation war es mir fast nicht mehr möglich, ein normales Fahrrad oder E-Bike zu benutzen, da ich den Kniewinkel nicht wirklich mehr richtig hin bekam. Jetzt habe ich wieder die Möglichkeit wenigstens ein bisschen Fahrrad Feeling zu bekommen, da ich den Gasgriff nutzen kann und bin dadurch auch wieder deutlich mobiler und auch flexibler. Ein wirklich tolles Fahrrad mit genügend Reichweite und einer absolut tollen Verarbeitung würde ich immer wieder weiter empfehlen und auch sofort wieder kaufen. Ein tolles Bike für kleines Geld!

Hallo Ich bin mit dem Bike jetzt insgesamt 3000km gefahren habe keinerlei Probleme. Die Verarbeitung ist seht Gut. Hatte nur an Anfang Probleme mir der Lampe diese ist irgendwie ständig kaputt gegangen aber Support war Super hab neue Lampe innerhalb weniger Tage bekommen. Ich habe das Rad für die unterschiedlichsten Sachen eingesetzt besonders in Gelände Macht es eine seht gute Figur für Anhänger ziehen Gut geeignet. Kleines Luxus Problem der Akku geht schnell leer beim Hängerbetrieb. Die Klappfunktion ist praktisch wurde schon mehrfach benutzt. Achtung ist nicht ganz leicht vielleicht mit 2 Personen einladen um Kratzer zu vermeiden.Klare Kaufempfehlung Mega

Guten Tag, Jetzt habe ich mittlerweile 1000 km gefahren in 4 Monaten und muss schon sagen das ich zufrieden bin. Dennoch gibt es paar sachen wo man verbessern könnte. 1. Die Übersetzung der Gänge könnte man anderst anpassen da man bei der Höchstgeschwindigkeit nicht mehr unterstützen kann und es zulasten der Reichweite kommt. Da der Motor 100 % alleine stemmen muss. 2. Das Duale laden am Fahrrad selbst ist gut durchdacht dennoch laden die Akkus nicht vollständig auf. Wenn ich beide separat lade halten die Akkus länger. Das aufladen gestaltet sich dann eher schwer da man nur ein Ladegerät hat und wenn man bedenkt wie lange ein Akku zum aufladen braucht bin ich fast einen Tag dran beide aufzuladen und das ist sehr mühsam. Besser wäre es wenn man ein Ladegerät entwickelt mit zwei Anschlüsse oder gleich zwei Ladegeräte mit verschickt. 3. Die mechanische Bremsen kommen sehr schnell an ihre Grenzen. Meine persönliche Meinung ist es das Fahrrad mit dieser Geschwindigkeit nur mit hydraulische Scheibenbremsen zu verkaufen. 4. Was ich gestern nach 4 Monaten feststellen musste das der vordere Scheinwerfer am Kunststoff gebrochen ist da könnte man andere Halterungen beziehungsweise den Scheinwerfer anderst konzipieren. 5. Das Fahrrad an sich knackt an sämtlichen Stellen das finde ich sehr störend zumal die Tretlager man nach 300 km schon nachziehen musste sowie die Kurbeln da es dort auch knackte. Ich werde mal sämtliche Schrauben nachziehen lassen und hoffe dann das es besser wird. Zum Schluss ich bin mit dem Fahrrad zufrieden werde es aber bedingt weiterempfehlen aufgrund der oben genannten Gründe. Beste Grüße M. Maurer
