What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?

All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.

For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.

In addition, Fafrees offers extended warranty plans through Xcotton for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation. Plans are available for 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year coverage and can be purchased within 60 days of the original order. Full details of the extended coverage are available here.

Bestellung, Bezahlung und Lieferung haben prima geklappt! Danke! Material und Verarbeitung machen einen sehr soliden und stabilen Eindruck! Die Montage war sehr einfach und das Bike läuft wie versprochen sehr gut....zu gut! Ich hätte gern fünf eStufen von 5 bis 25 kmh. Nicht immer kann oder will man ab 15 kmh fahren! Die drei Stufen harmonieren leider nicht mit den sieben Gängen. Maximal optimal fährt man Stufe zwei mit Gang 6 und 7! Bei Stufe drei tritt man gefährlich ins Leere! Display und/oder Controller lassen sich nicht neu einrichten. Der Support antwortet zwar, ist aber unlesbar da die Email mit asiatischen Schriftzeichen überschrieben ist! Werde mir eine geeignete Werkstatt zum Umbau suchen. Die Garantie erlischt dann...egal! Schade, dass die Komponenten nicht harmonieren und der Support nicht hilfreich ist! Sonst gern mehr Sterne! Vielleicht meldet sich über diesen Weg doch noch jemand???

Aufbau ging sehr gut . Und ist nicht kompliziert . Mein Mann hat als erster es getestet und ersaht cooles Rad .. den hinteren Sitz habe ich entfernt für ein Korb .was für mich zum Vorteil ist . Ich persönlich hatte ein paar Tage gebraucht um mich an das fahr Gefühl zu gewöhnen. Da ich ein Mensch bin der nicht schnell fährt . Und habe es nur gekauft da ich Schmerzen und meine Knie es nicht schaffen zutreten mit einen normalen Fahrrad. Und jetzt ist es sehr entspannt beim fahren . Leichter .

Superbe vélo, assistance régulière, batterie endurante : parfait pour de longues sorties sur route comme sur chemins roulants. La position est stable, le freinage rassure, on part loin sans compter les kilomètres. Point d’attention si l’on est petit·e : je mesure 1,55 m et, selle au plus bas, j’ai du mal à poser les pieds à plat. Je roule donc avec des baskets à semelle épaisse (5 cm) pour être à l’aise aux arrêts. Côté confort, la selle est annoncée moelleuse ; pas pour moi. J’ai ajouté un dessus de selle en gel et un short rembourré, ce qui change tout sur les longues sorties. Conclusion : un VAE endurant et agréable que je recommande pour les balades au long cours. Si vous faites moins d’1,60 m ou êtes sensible de l’assise, testez la hauteur et prévoyez un complément de confort.

Nos deux vélos . L’ancien ( 1an et 650 kms) et le nouveau équipé du porte téléphone, porte bagage adapté pour être posé dans le sens longitudinal (temps de pose 2 mn) . J’adore ce vélo , polyvalent avec ses pneus en 20x3 à crampons, son poids de 26 kg et son encombrement permettent de les transporter facilement dans la voiture. J’ai rajouté un tube de selle avec amortisseur commandé sur un autre site car le site Fafree pour les accessoires est vraiment mal fait. Je recherche des freins hydrauliques mais là aussi je vais aller voir ailleurs. Livraison du vélo en 5 jours , super bien emballé et protégé. Le vélo a été testé avant expédition car il arrive avec 400 m au compteur. Très bien. Je recommande ce vélo pliable polyvalent.
