What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.
In addition, Fafrees offers extended warranty plans through Xcotton for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation. Very well packed. It was not difficuilt to unpack and put together. Well made and nicely finished. Comfortable to ride. And supplied with spare brake pads, spare inner tube and a comprehensive multi tool which is all you need to put the bike together . Also in a separate package, a bicycle cover and handlebar phone mount.
Soon after getting it , I did a 16 mile round trip into the local town and back. It pulled surprisingly well up a long steep hill. One small hickup was a puncture due to the rough edges of a join inside the rear wheel rim . I removed the wheel and tyre and filed the rough aluminium area level , no problems since. This is a lovely bike and at the price a very affordable way into electric bicycling. I don't think you need to spend any more.

We have justs bought a pair of Pro 26 bikes. Gold for Lynda and Green for Me. There are very smooth to ride and just when you need a boost you can get one. We ride mostly along the seafront, roads and light pathways. We are looking forward to getting more adventurous as the summer progresses. Ik heb deze fiets vorig jaar september gekocht. Eigenlijk net te laat voor in het jaar. Nu bijna een jaar verder geniet ik nog altijd van de fiets. Ik heb wel mijn eigen draai er aan gegeven. Zo heb ik er andere stuur handvaten en verende zadelpen op gezet. Het originele stuur vond ik te recht. De handvaten vervangen want kreeg zere polsen en de zadelpen omdat ik net even fijner is.
Tijdje terug ging de trap sensor stuk. Gemaild en gebeld met de klantenservice en binnen een week had ik het nieuwe onderdeel binnen. Later zag ik dat de beugeltjes van het scherm stuk waren. En ook dat werd zonder problemen opgelost.
En wat meerdere hier al zeiden. Als je je fiets in elkaar zet, controller dan ook of de remmen goed gecentreerd staan afgesteld op de schijf. Want dat is niet altijd even goed bij aflevering. Dus je moet wel een beetje handig zijn uiteraard anders word het de lokale fietsenmaker.
Voor de rest. Prima fiets en zijn geld waard. Net als de service van fafrees is het prima in orde

Das Fahrrad hat sich meine Frau als Ersatz fรผr ein defektes und dank nicht lieferbarer Ersatzteile nicht mehr nutzbares E-Bike ausgesucht.
Es sieht wirklich schick aus. Die Qualitรคt ist fรผr einen Preis unter 1000โฌ wirklich super. Es haben sich nur einige kleinere Kritikpunkte herauskristalisiert.
1. Der Lenker ist nicht ergonomisch und wurde durch einen anderen ersetzt.
2. Der Tretlager Kettenkranz ist eindeutig zu klein. Bei 25km/h muss man ordentlich stampeln, was definitiv kein Spaร macht.
3. Leider ist die im Display restliche km-Leistung nicht erkennbar und man ist geneigt, den Akku stรคndig nachzuladen.
4. Die Sattelstรผtze ist leider nicht gefedert, wird definitiv noch ausgetauscht.
Ansonsten sind wir mit dem E-Bike sehr zufrieden.
รberrascht haben uns die Beigaben (Werkzeug, Ersatzschlauch,...). Das ist ein guter Service, den es bei anderen Anbietern so nicht gibt.
Wir hoffen, dass im Havariefall auch nach Ende der Garantie Ersatzteile zur Verfรผgung stehen. Leider muรten wir diesbezรผglich bei einem amerikanischen Hersteller (RadPowerbikes) mit inzwischen eingestelltem Vertrieb in der EU sehr schlechte Erfahrungen machen.
Alles in allem haben wir den Kauf bisher nicht bereut und kรถnnen da E-Bike nur weiterempfehlen.

After first 265 km few notes about Farfrees F28. It is a good bike period. But when you order your bike send it directly to your trusted bicycle repair. The quality of the assembly is bad, very bad. It must be checked and fixed before you take it for a spin. Must replace silicone pads between rim and wheel tube for hard plastic. Otherwise you will as I did will end up with the puncture if air pressure is lower than 60 PSI. 60 is the ultimate air pressure at all times.
Invest in the mirror and new bell. The bell that comes with the bike is wrong design and absolutely useless.
U shape protector must be moved away from the motor as it blocks the lowest gear.
Brakes must be checked and fixed by your mechanic.
With level 4 assistance and pedaling battery range is 65 km. Without it is very hard to pedal even at lowest gear. My advice take with you the charger if you plan a long ride.

Die Bikes (wir hatten gleich einen Doppelpack bestellt), kamen super verpackt bei uns, mit der angegebenen Lieferzeit (die getrackt werden konnte) an.
Die Montage erwies sich als einfach und die Akkus waren so gut wie voll geladen.
Unsere erste Ausfahrt endete zwar mit einem platten Hinterreifen, der auf Produktionsrรผckstรคnde in der Alufelge zurรผckzufรผhren war, lieร sich aber leicht und ohne Spezialwerkzeug (Mantelheber) reparieren. Nach einer Reklamation, die dankend angenommen wurde, wurde, mit gefรผhlt hundert Entschuldigungen fรผr die Unannehmlichkeit, ein Ersatzschlauch geschickt. Der Support arbeitet schnell und einwandfrei!
Bis jetzt (ca. 4 Wochen spรคter) haben wir die Bikes regelmรครig in Gebrauch, der Motor ist krรคftig, die Akkus halten lange durch und die Rรคder machen einen stabilen und ausgereiften Eindruck.
Die Kaufentscheidungen waren einmal der unschlagbare Preis und der Nabenmotor, da ich hier davon ausgehe, dass ein erhรถhter Verschleiร von Kette, Tretlager und Ritzel erst gar nicht stattfindet.
Alles in allem - sehr zu empfehlen.

Overall I am very happy with my new bike. It is perfect for taking the kid to daycare and helps a lot in my work, as during the workday I might cycle near 30 kilometres. It is easy to manouver and comfortable, even though I'm only 160cm short. However, I had a flat tire having cycled only about 130 kilometres and had to get it fixed in a store. Maybe just bad luck, but not what you would expect with a bike that new.

Ich hatte mich sehr auf unser drittes F26 Pro gefreut, leider ist dieses hier mit der 15 ah Batterie ganz anders. Der Akku ist deutlich grรถรer und kann somit nicht mit den anderen beiden getauscht werden. Das Schlimmste: Man kann den Akku nur laden, wenn man ihn vom Fahrrad nimmt. Das stand in keiner Beschreibung. Das ist echt schade. Sonst ein tolles Fahrrad. Fรคhrt super!

Very good bike for the money, well built and a very nice colour. Had a bit of an issue with the saddle for a while. Just could not get it tight enough and it kept collapsing on me when I was out riding. I think that is resolved now, it has not collapsed for a while! Overall very happy with it. Obviously, you get what you pay for there are much better bikes out there but if your budget is tight, like mine was! then you cannot really go wrong with this. Looks more expensive than it costs, and I got a really good deal on it too, so very happy!

Bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit dem Rad, aber kleine Kinderkrankheiten hat es schon. Die Schaltung hat kleine Probleme, es hakelt bisschen. Der 7 Gang mรถchte nicht immer einrasten. Bin schon 60 km damit gefahren und die Bremsen schliffen etwas und es war reine Einstellungssache. Antriebshilfe absolut Top.
Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag fรผrs Display hรคtte ich schon, man kรถnnte z.B. die Uhrzeit mit einbauen. :-)
